Kelly Rutherford (born November 6, 1968) is an American actress. She portrayed Christine Hamilton in Scream 3 (2000). She is also known for her roles as Stephanie "Sam" Whitmore on Generations, Megan Lewis on Melrose Place, and Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl.
