Scott Kellerman Foley is an actor who portrays Roman Bridger, Sidney's half-brother in Scream 3 (2000) and Ghostface, and reappeared in Scream 7 (2026).[1]
Following his appearance, he makes two Easter egg cameos in Radio Silence's reboot. In the fifth film simply titled Scream (2022), footage of Foley portraying Cliff Elliot from the Dawson's Creek episode "The Scare", a parody of Scream (1996), is presented as footage of Roman from his acting career years before the events of Scream 3, in an in-universe parody of Stab (alongside Joshua Jackson). He also appears in a photographic Easter egg in Scream VI (2023).
Scream 3 was his feature film debut, for which he was nominated for a Teen Choice Award for "best scumbag".
Career
Foley's acting mainly is oriented around television. His prominent roles include appearances in Grey's Anatomy as Henry Burton, starring with Neve Campbell, who portrays Liz Shepherd. He also appeared in another horror film, Below (2002).
Foley later had a starring role as Jake Ballard in the ABC political drama series Scandal.
